SECURITY & PAYMENTS

1. VAT is charged at 20%

2. To the best of our knowledge, all prices herein are correct.  Should an item be displayed with an incorrect price we reserve the right to correct this within a suitable timeframe and to not supply any item sold with an incorrect price.  Prices should be considered an “Invitation to Treat” at all times.

3. Once an order has been placed you will receive an automatic email confirming your “Offer To Buy”.  Once this has been accepted you will receive a second email confirming your order and accepting your “Offer to Buy”.  A payment received WILL NOT be considered as Cheshire Gun Room LTD accepting an “Offer to Buy”.

4. Payments are taken automatically at check out.  Payment should not be taken as Cheshire Gun Room LTD accepting your “Offer to Buy”.  See 2.3.

5. Goods shall only be dispatched when payment has been received in full.
